It Might cost an extra $15 to drive into Manhattan

Drivers in New York City inched closer to paying a new fee to enter Manhattan’s central business district after the Metropolitan Transportation Authority approved the nation’s first congestion-pricing plan, which could begin as soon as mid-June. The new plan would charge most drivers $15 for entering Manhattan south of 60th Street during peak times. But there are plenty of people who don't want to see this happen. Bloomberg's Michelle Kaske reports.
