New York could seize Donald Trump's properties if he fails to post $464 million bond Monday
Former President Donald Trump is facing a deadline Monday to secure the nearly half-billion bond needed to satisfy his New York civil fraud case judgement. If he doesn't post the bond, the state could begin seizing properties to pay for it. Trump has asked the appeals court to pause the payment and accept a lesser bond of $100 million, for now.
