This year's world happiness report is out and for the first time ever, the United States isn't even in the top 20. Why are Americans so unhappy? The U.S. came in at No. 23 on the report. Finland was ranked No. 1 for the seventh straight year. The report found that happiness scores from people under 30 were much lower than people 60 and older.
