The Supreme Court's ruling is not the final ruling on this issue. The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans is holding a hearing on this case Wednesday. They will then rule whether SB4 is constitutional and the Supreme Court could decide to either stick with that court's ruling or take this case up and fully consider whether it should stand.
