A study of Lewiston mass shooter Robert Card's brain has indicated that he had "significant evidence of traumatic brain injuries" at the time of the shooting. Card's family released the study's conclusions through the Concussion Legacy Foundation Wednesday. Last October, Card killed 18 people and injured 13 others in two shootings at Schemengees Bar & Grille and Just-in-Time Recreation in Lewiston.
