Tuesday and Wednesday will continue the trend of sunnier skies before wet weather returns to Northern California starting on Thursday. A storm will begin Thursday afternoon and go into part of the weekend, bringing snow, wind and rain. Meteorologist Tamara Berg said the days before Thursday is the time to take care of any outdoor activities while conditions are quiet and slightly warmer.
