A 7-year-old girl has died and her brother has been hospitalized after they fell into a hole they had dug in the sand at a beach Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Florida. The girl, Sloan Mattingly, and her 9-year-old brother Maddox Mattingly, were pulled out of the sand and taken to the hospital, but police later confirmed Sloan died at the hospital.
