The body of 11-year-old Audrii Cunningham was located in a Texas river Tuesday. The person of interest connected with Cunningham's disappearance, Don Steven McDougal, is expected to be charged with murder. Polk County Sheriff Byron Lyons released the tragic news during a news conference Tuesday afternoon. Lyons said her body was discovered by scuba divers in the Trinity River under US Highway 59. The water levels were adjusted for "areas of interest" to be searched.
