Questions remain about what's next for Marilyn Mosby after two federal criminal trials ended in two convictions in the span of less than four months. The timeline of the case goes back more than two years, starting in early January 2022 at U.S. District Court in Baltimore with a four-count federal indictment charging Baltimore's then-top prosecutor with perjury and mortgage fraud. On Tuesday, a jury found Mosby guilty of one of two counts of mortgage fraud. In November 2023, a jury found her guilty of two counts of perjury. A court document obtained Wednesday afternoon by 11 News shows Mosby is scheduled to be sentenced on May 23.
