Gillis, a 20-year-old woman of Schuylerville, was shot dead, when her friends attempted to turn their vehicle around in a rural Washington County driveway, after getting lost. Kevin Monahan, 65, the man accused of pulling the trigger, has been behind bars charged with second degree murder since the incident.
