We finally got some warmer weather here in the Tri-State but we have the potential for some more winter issues to start Tuesday. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for many of our counties starting at 8 p.m. Monday through noon Tuesday. Meteorologist Brandon Spinner has a look at the timing for potential ice.
