The Los Angeles Innocence Project alleges there is new evidence that supports convicted murderer Scott Peterson's claim of innocence. His wife, Laci Peterson, went missing on Christmas Eve in 2002. Four months later, Laci's body washed up along the shore. A jury convicted Peterson in the murder of his wife and unborn son. Now, the Los Angeles-based legal team wants new DNA testing of a van that was found near the Peterson family's home. Inside Edition’s Jim Moret has more.
