"Kicking the can down the road," that's at least how one lawmaker described the stopgap funding bill which passed in both legislative chambers last night. It's the third stopgap spending measure passed since September of last year, further underlining just how fractured congress is; failing yet again, to build consensus on a full-year government funding bill. The stopgap measure now heads to President Biden's desk, where it will be signed into law. But they're not in the clear just yet--negotiations continue to be mired over a separate funding deal tied to money for Israel and Ukraine. NBC's Brie Jackson has the latest from Washington.
