Skier describes second avalanche at Palisades Tahoe

A second avalanche happened at the Palisades Tahoe Resort, just 27 hours after the first avalanche killed one person and hurt three others. Palisades Tahoe officials confirmed with KCRA 3 that an avalanche happened around 12:30 p.m. Thursday on the Alpine side of the resort near Wolverine Bowl. There were no reports of anyone getting caught in the snow, and crews concluded that no guests or employees were involved after a search of the area.
