We're learning new information on the capital murder case of pregnant 18-year-old Savanah Soto and her 22-year-old boyfriend Matthew Guerra. The couple was found dead with gunshot wounds in their car at a Northwest Side apartment complex on Tuesday. The medical examiner has ruled both deaths as homicides. "Clearly it was a heinous act.
