We're learning more about the 18-year-old who died after being trapped under several feet of sand in Cape Hatteras. His family members tell 13News Now it was Chase Conyers from Chesapeake. A spokesman for the National Park Service in North Carolina said officials believe "the teen had been digging holes" near where a dune collapsed, killing Conyers.
