Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed a toast to the health of China's President at the state dinner wrapping the second day of Xi Jinping's visit to Moscow. After two days of meetings, Putin said their talks have been highly efficient and that the relationship between Russia and China was "an example of how world states - permanent members of the Security Council bearing special responsibility for ensuring stability and security in the world - should cooperate."
