International court issues arrest warrant for Putin, citing war crimes
On Friday, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Russian president Vladimir Putin, claiming that he is behind war crimes in Ukraine, including the kidnapping and deportation of children. Ramy Inocencio reports.
