Norfolk Southern faces more scrutiny after another of its trains derailed in Ohio. Over the weekend, a cargo train derailed in Springfield, Ohio. Officials stress there was no hazardous materials on the derailed cars and that no one was injured. Later this week, the CEO of the company will be testifying before Congress.
