Orange County Sheriff John Mina provided an update Thursday on the shootings in Orlando that killed a 20-year-old woman, Spectrum News 13 reporter Dylan Lyons and a 9-year-old girl, and wounded two others on Wednesday. Keith Melvin Moses, 19, was arrested following the rampage, police said.
