A significant portion of the payload from the downed Chinese spy balloon has been recovered off the Carolina coast. The U.S. Military still has not retrieved any of the wreckage from the three unidentified objects shot down over the weekend. An official tells ABC News the first missile fired at the object over Lake Huron had missed, and it took a second missile to bring it down.
