A man jumped out of the way as a U-Haul truck drove onto the sidewalk in a Brooklyn neighborhood. The moments of terror have left residents shaken. The NYPD says it received numerous calls reporting hit and run incidents involving a U-Haul truck in the Bay Ridge neighborhood. Witnesses rushed to help the injured.
