The US Embassy in Moscow issued a travel advisory for Russia Monday, urging American citizens to depart Russia immediately, "due to the unpredictable consequences of the unprovoked full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian military forces." Russian troops continued to mount attacks mostly in eastern areas around Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiyivka and Novopavlivka, according to Ukraine’s General Staff. Ukrainian troops repelled attacks near 11 settlements in the Kharkiv, Donetsk, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia regions, it said in a statement on Facebook.
