Video from Turkey's Humanitarian Relief Foundation (IHH) showed a young girl being pulled from the rubble Thursday in Kahramanmaras. As rescuers carried the girl away, the video also showed a rescuer sitting on the rubble, covering his face with his arm, apparently crying tears of relief. Authorities say some 6,500 buildings in Turkey collapsed and countless more were damaged in the quake zone where some 13 million people live.
