Santa Rosa exterminator, Nick Castro, made an incredible find while inspecting a vacation rental. A pair of acorn woodpeckers, known for their hoarding habits, stacked 700 pounds of nuts 20-25 feet high in the home's wall. It's estimated that the birds deposited the acorns over the course of several years by dropping the nuts through holes in the homes' exterior.
