A beloved emergency physician was riding his bike when police say he was hit by a car at an intersection in California. According to cops, the driver then got out of his car and stabbed cyclist Dr. Michael Mammone to death. The driver, identified by police as Vanroy Evan Smith, was arrested at the crime scene. Mammone's widow, Julie, tells Inside Edition: "I want the world to know what a beautiful man our community has lost."
