A California man was found dead at a Mexican resort while celebrating his first wedding anniversary. Elliot Blair was a highly regarded public defender in Orange County, California. He was found dead at the Las Rocas Resort in Rosarito Beach. Mexican authorities are calling his death "an unfortunate accident from a fall from a third-story floor." However, his family believes "Elliot was the victim of a brutal crime."
