With a Monday strike deadline looming, contract negotiations are continuing between two large New York City hospitals and the nurses' union. Still unsettled Sunday are contract terms for more than 7,000 nurses at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan and Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx. Nurses at Mount Sinai Morningside and West reached a tentative agreement on Sunday.
