Russia blames use of cellphones for deadly Makiivka attack

Russia's defense ministry said, 89 servicemen were killed on New Year's Eve in a Ukrainian attack. The attack was on a barracks in Makliivka, a Moscow-controlled, part of the Donetsk region. The ministry blamed the strike on soldiers for their illegal cell phone use allowing Ukraine to pinpoint their location.
