The shipping containers placed along the Arizona-Mexico border have come under fire -- this time -- from the Federal government. The Dept. of Justice is now suing Gov. Doug Ducey and the state of Arizona for refusing to remove the containers. Hundreds of containers are along the border and the DOJ lawsuit states Ducey had no right to put them up on Cocopah Indian reservation land and on federal land, the containers pose a safety risk and impede the ability of law enforcement to do their jobs, and disturb wildlife crossing patterns.
