Slumped over in a chair the suspected shooter in the Colorado Springs massacre faced a judge via video. The 22-year-old faces murder and hate crime charges one day after being released from the hospital. During the shooting, Anderson Aldrich was tackled by Rich Fiero and others moments after opening fire at an LGBTQ club killing five people. Xavier, a friend and neighbor of Aldrich, provided a video to ABC news showing the suspect firing an AR-style rifle at a shooting range. The video was posted to Tik Tok by Aldrich's mother with the hashtag fun at the shooting range. Xavier told ABC he heard Aldrich make homophobic remarks and showed him their guns.
