Former Trump Organization CFO, Allen Weisselberg, testified in the criminal tax fraud trial against a Trump family business, where he was asked if Trump or anyone else in the company gave him permission to "commit tax fraud." Weisselberg testified that he did not conspire with anyone in the Trump family, and was taking off-the-books perks for himself.
