Russian troops in the Kherson region are moving to the eastern bank of the Dnieper, the Russian Defense Ministry announced Thursday. "In the Mykolaiv-Kryvyi Rih direction, units of the Russian troops are manoeuvring to prepared positions on the left bank of the Dnieper River, in strict accordance with the approved plan," Defence Ministry spokesman Igor Konasgenkov said. He added that the Russian army hit two Ukrainian command posts in the areas of Mykolaiv and Sukhyi Stavok in the Kherson region.
