Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy says he's open to "genuine" peace talks with Russia provided the negotiations safeguard Ukraine's territorial integrity, compensate Kyiv for damages and punish war criminals. Zelenskiy will take part in next week’s Group of 20 nations summit in Bali “in some kind of format,” most likely online, the Suspilne TV website reported, citing his spokesman Serhiy Nykyforov. Zelenskiy said he may expand an intervention into the economy after authorities used special wartime powers to seize control of five companies, all of which have ties to some of the country’s most powerful oligarchs. Ukraine’s power grid operator limited power supplies to consumers in seven regions and the capital Kyiv, said Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, CEO of grid operator NPC Ukrenergo.
