CCTV footage obtained by Reuters shows the moment a Russian fighter plane crashed into a residential building in the southern city of Yeysk, shortly after takeoff, Monday. Authorities released the updated death toll on Tuesday to 14. The Russian Defense Ministry said the plane was on a training mission Monday when one of its engines caught fire. The plane's crew safely ejected before the crash.
