Fiona gains strength as it heads toward Puerto Rico

FOX 13 Meteorologist Tony Sadiku is watching Fiona, which was gaining strength Sunday morning. There is a lot of rain on the north and east sides of the storm which battered the Virgin Islands and is pushing on the southern end of Puerto Rico. Hurricane warnings are up for Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.
