Retired Brigadier General Mark Kimmitt says there could be retaliatory attacks on the US or Europe for the killing of al-Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri in Afghanistan. A US drone strike killed Zawahiri on Sunday at his residence. Kimmitt speaks on "Balance of Power."
