Hogan is term-limited, serving out his second term. Recent polls show a tight race between Kelly Schulz and Dan Cox in the Republican gubernatorial primary. Schulz most recently served in the Hogan administration as state secretaries of commerce and labor. Cox has served since 2019 as a state delegate whose district encompasses portions of Frederick and Carroll counties. 11 TV Hill asked their thoughts on issues ranging from inflation to education, crime, gun rights, education and the COVID-19 pandemic.
