Flooding damages dozens of homes in West Virginia
West Virginia Governor Jim Justice declared a state of emergency Thursday for McDowell County, in the southern part of the state. In a statement, he said flooding on Tuesday damaged more than 75 homes, 12 bridges and multiple roads there. (July 15)
