The deadly school shooting in Uvalde, Texas, has revived the debate over arming teachers and posting armed guards at schools. Robb Elementary did have a resource officer, but he was unable to stop the massacre. Video has surfaced that shows the shooter effortlessly entering the school through an unlocked door. Inside Edition spoke to locals who said the door was unlocked because of an honor roll ceremony that took place earlier that day.
