Joe Biden is set for his first presidential visit to Asia. He arrives in South Korea on Friday for strategic talks with his counterpart Yoon Suk Yeol amid threats of more missile tests out of North Korea. Biden will also meet Japan's Prime Minister Fumio Kishida in Tokyo on Monday. Stephen Engle reports on "Bloomberg Daybreak: Asia."
