The suspect behind the mass shooting on a subway was arraigned Friday in Brooklyn Federal Court. In April, Frank James allegedly set off smoke grenades before firing a gun and injuring more than two dozen during morning rush hour. CBS2's Alice Gainer was in the courtroom.
