Barry Morphew and his daughter's discussed the dismissal of charges on Good Morning America related to the presumed death of Suzanne Morphew in 2020. Charges could be refiled if additional evidence is found. Prosecutors have said they believe they know where Suzanne's body is but can't search now due to snow in the area. Barry Morphew was charged with first-degree murder a year after his wife was last seen in Chaffee County. Just before his trial was to begin in April, charges were dismissed.
