It’s been several days since an accused killer named Casey White and a prison guard disappeared in Alabama. It’s unclear whether the guard was coerced into transporting the inmate away from prison, or went willingly. But officials believe the guard, named Vicki White, is in danger. A warrant was issued for her arrest today. The incident is being compared to another notorious escape in 2015, when corrections officer Joyce Mitchell helped free two inmates from New York’s Dannemora Prison.
