A 3-month-old baby kidnapped while his grandmother unloaded groceries from her car was found Tuesday and three suspects were taken into custody, San Jose Police Department officials said. The infant, Brandon Alexis Cuellar, was unharmed but officers took him to a hospital for an examination as a precaution.
