U.S. Prepares to Send Military Supplies to Ukraine

The U.S. is sending ammunition, weapons and other equipment to Ukraine to aid in its war effort. At the Dover Air Force Base in Delaware, airmen loaded military supplies bound for the besieged country on to the back of trucks. The United States has committed more than $5.4 billion in total assistance to Ukraine, including security and non-security assistance. Earlier this week, President Joe Biden said his administration will provide an additional $800 million in military assistance to help bolster Ukraine's defenses against an expected Russian offensive in the country's east.
