Protesters marched through downtown Grand Rapids after a press conference where Grand Rapids Police Chief Eric Winstrom showed dashcam, cell phone and bodycam video at City Hall on April 13, 2020, of the shooting of Patrick Lyoya by a Grand Rapids police officer from April 4th.
