This is the man police say is responsible for the subway shooting in Brooklyn that seriously injured 10 people. Frank James is the NYPD’s suspect in this case. Cops allege he entered a train station during the morning rush on April 12th, donned a gas mask, threw a gas canister onto a crowded subway car and started shooting.
