Chief Meteorologist Chris Franklin looks ahead to the New Orleans Weather severe threat Tuesday and again Wednesday. Storms on Wednesday will likely develop by the later in the afternoon, continuing into the night and perhaps lingering into the early morning hours before a front moves through. A cold front will sweep through early Thursday with clearing skies, less humid air and pleasant temps. An on shore flow returns Friday with a few spotty showers possible. Isolated to spotty rain Easter weekend...though most will remain dry...with highs in the 80s and slightly more humid. Better rain chance Monday with a cold front.
