Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, in his latest video statement released on Sunday, called the Russian military "killers, executioners, rapists, marauders who call themselves an army" as more reports emerged of violence allegedly committed by Russian forces in Bucha, a town on the outskirts of Kyiv. Bodies of civilians who'd been shot by Russian forces and had their hands tied were found in the streets of Bucha after Ukraine recaptured it, according to an adviser to Zelenskiy.
